According to Manassas Park Community Resource Officer, William Quesenberry, this gold cart has been an excellent community outreach tool for their department. Purchased with a grant from Code 3, and fully equipped with a lights and sirens package, this cart has been used in many events such as those listed below:

- City School 3k Runs
- 5k Organizational Runs
- July 4th Events
- National Night Out
- Trunk or Treat
- Winter Holiday Programs
